Seeking a Office Manager for our agency in New Milford, CT.

Friends of New Milford, Inc. is a non-profit organization in New Milford, CT. We provide direct care services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum. In collaboration with program management by state appointed case workers and our agency’s personnel, our mission is to provide a family-oriented environment to aide in both individual skills and experiences within the community.

As Administrative Assistant, you will be offered:

Daily Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Communication with agency Director

- Maintain staff scheduling

- Organize and maintain agency and personnel documents

- Conduct phone calls, email correspondence, video conferences, scribe during meetings

- Utilize agency policy in maintaining a safe and compliant environment

Desirable Skillset:

- Familiar with DDS policies, procedures and forms

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 2013 and up

- Knowledge of Windows OS

- Hand writing and typing

- Articulate and attentive
