"WANTED" AN EXPERIENCE SALES SUPERVISOR / MANAGER

We need an Experienced Sales Supervisor/Manager. A Marketing Professional with a Marketing degree or equivalent experience is required.

We are looking for the right person, who is:

Self-starter with the ability to create, with desire, and persistence

Work with the established business to collect leads or encourage sales

Motivate a sales team by leading from the front by hitting and exceeding their own sales quota

Host weekly conference calls for team motivation

Goal setting experience and ability to create coaching plans for reps

Assist in onboarding and training new reps when added to the team

Looking to grow with our company

Excited about new opportunities

Have experience in marketing

Able to make 25-50 calls daily and converse with clients
