FULL TIME SENIOR OFFICE ADMIN/PERSONAL ASSISTANT (EAST LONGMEADOW, MA)

FULL TIME (M-F 9A-5P) Seeking an independent, self-directed, team player who is friendly and organized and who can multi-task with ease for wholesale distribution company to support fast paced position to include, misc office duties-customer/vendor relations/excellent phone skills. Computer Experience- must be proficient in Quick Books Enterprise and all current Windows Programs. Graphic skills would be ideal-including InDesign/Photoshop and Website Maintenance for our site, using Word press. Proper writing skills/strong typist.
