Understands how to gather and document requirements. Has a working knowledge of the software development lifecycle. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Some familiarity with the use of standard market Testing tools.DPH has an urgent need for an individual with the following experience:· Experience with data management of large datasets· Experience using R for data analysis and data management, specifically: Writing R scripts, Troubleshooting error messages, Using Rmarkdowns· Experience training others on use of R· Experience working as part of a team· Ability to remote work effectively or be able to work onsite at DPH if needed
