They oversee the successful execution of contracted engineering, procurement, and construction scope in the areas of performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, quality, contractual compliance, safety, and client satisfaction. Provides for the successful staffing of the project. This position manages and leads medium sized teams of multi-discipline professionals, as well as coordinates and integrates the activities associated with the engineering, site acquisition, procurement, construction, and startup elements of the project team, including the activities of all third-party companies contributing to the initiative.TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Professional must be willing to travel up to 10 - 15% of the time as needed.#LI-DS2Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand B&V functional organizations and interfaces.

Develops and maintains the Project Execution Plan as required.

Responsible for developing and maintaining the project staffing plan.

Responsible for project financial forecasting.

Responsible for preparing and presenting monthly project reviews to management.

Assists with input to monthly/quarterly Reports.

Develops and maintains the project Change Management Program.

Actively involved in supporting safety initiatives and promoting a culture of safety.

Scheduling:Assists in preparation of summary schedule.

Assists in schedule maintenance and resource loading.

Prepares & maintains productivity reports.

Management ResponsibilitiesActs as a project manager. Among responsibilities is management of a project team. The individual comprising this team may vary by project.Preferred Qualifications5+ years of relevant experience

Experience in the distributed energy field (Solar, Microgrids, and Battery Energy Storage Systems)

Minimum QualificationsBachelor of science degree or equivalent relevant work experience required.
