Working cross functionally we are inventing new ways of communicating, measuring, and interacting with our customers and patients leveraging digital, data and analytics.Are you passionate about helping people see, understand, and interact with data? As an Associate Director, Data Visualization, Oncology Business Value Delivery, you will help lead the design and development of high-quality compelling data visualization products to drive programmatic decision making, learning and adaptation for the Oncology Business Unit. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, data use cases and develop clear and compelling data products that transform data into interactive and dynamic visualizations to convey analytical insights, demonstrate results, and communicate analytical findings. You will create understanding and empathy around user needs, stated and unstated, for the Human Health Commercial Analytics team.Responsibilities:Be comfortable with complexity and finding a new path or solution coupled with strong business acumen in Oncology.

Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to leaders and non- technical audiences.

Understand complex data and processes to perform data analysis, review reporting logic, trace data lineage and sources.

Proven expertise in building and creating dashboards through visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikSense.

Working across Sales, Sales Operations, and Omnichannel.

Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing forward-thinking approaches and initiatives that have a lasting impact on the organization and its operating performance; strong project management skills, an ability to connect ideas and resources for new purposes and an eye for quality.

Engage in end-to-end design, development, and curation of reporting solutions for Data Visualization.

Proactively network and liaise with cross functional business stakeholders to identify, contextualize, and deliver high value deliverables.

Help to lead our strategy, identify best practices, new ways of working and advance our data visualization capabilities.

Identify design problems and devise usable solutions.

Champion new ways of working, using cutting edge technology to create data visualizations by building initial prototypes, including dashboards and reports for production systems.

Share best practices across teams to increase the overall understanding and utilization of dashboards and other capabilities.

Continuous improvement mindset to automate and simplify repetitive tasks.

Required Experience and skills:A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in data visualization, infographics, and interactive visual storytelling

BS (or equivalent) in Data Science, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, IT, MBA, or an equivalent scientific/commercial discipline.

Previous experience with data curation and management in a relevant life-science sector (pharmaceutical, academic, or healthcare).

Demonstrated track record increasing use of data and promoting data literacy through effective data visualization products.

Working experience and knowledge in Spotfire / Qlik / PowerBI / Tableau and other data visualization technologies.

Experience facilitating data visualization projects (conceptualization, stakeholder engagement, design and execution, iteration, and on-going support).

Excellent business acumen, specifically in the Oncology market, with proven ability to understand business processes and commercial strategies in detail – both at global and region/country levels – and translate these into detailed business requirements/questions/ fact-based judgments that power data visualization.

Experience in leveraging and managing third party vendors and contractors.

Self-motivation, proactivity, and ability to work independently with minimum direction

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills, with ability to navigate a complex matrix environment and organize/prioritize work efficiently and effectively.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate and lead with diverse groups of work colleagues and positively manage ambiguity.

Experience in Pharma and or Biotech Industry is a plus.
