Dynamics Lead Developer / Architect - Hartford - 2 year contract - lead world class teams, semi-remote - up to $200,000 a year - full medical - meaningful projects, help make the world a better place

Responsibilities:

Lead the Development of bespoke code in .NET, C# , ASP.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript
Support of internal CRM system and development enhancement of internal CRM processes
Contribute new ideas by staying up to date with external technologies relevant to our business, a mind for innovation
Working with external clients through the full project life cycle, from estimation and costing through to development, test, deployment, support and training.

Key Skills /Experience:

Essential - Experience with Dynamics CRM development, installation, implementation and configuration
Computing Science degree or similar
Development Experience with .NET, C# , ASP.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript
Strong exposure to the full software development lifecycle
Strong requirements gathering and business analysis experience - working with end users in an Agile fashion
Experience of system testing and documenting solutions
MSSQL Configuration, Network working, IIS would be helpful
