Description We are in search of a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team based in East Haven, Connecticut. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our organization and will play a crucial role in managing administrative duties. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations within our office environment, handling a variety of tasks from customer interaction to data management. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for our organization, providing a friendly and professional service to all visitors and staff. Maintain an organized and efficient front desk, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage customer records and correspondence. Process and resolve customer inquiries, demonstrating a proactive approach and a strong commitment to customer service. Engage in data entry tasks, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date and accurate. Manage multi-line phone system, fielding calls and routing them to the appropriate parties. Provide concierge services as needed, maintaining a helpful and approachable demeanor. Utilize strong interpersonal skills to foster a pleasant and welcoming office environment. Assist with the organization of files and records, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information. Provide general administrative assistance as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team.Requirements Demonstrated experience in Administrative Assistance Proficiency in operating and answering Multi-Line Phone System Extensive knowledge in Concierge Services Strong Customer Service skills Proven ability in Data Entry Excellent Interpersonal Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word Experience in Organizing Files Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required High school diploma or equivalent; higher education will be a plus.
