Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

Description This digital technology organization is seeking a Project Manager who has a proven track record of implementing end user services technologies including desktop/laptop configurations, collaboration tools, video conferencing technologies and telephony products. The Digital Workplace Services PM will have extensive experience working within an enterprise environment and possess practiced project management skills.Responsibilities may include: Work day-to-day to help cost management and project management of infrastructure projects Track budget for infrastructure projectsSkills: Demonstrated technical leadership and collaboration skills Proven project management knowledge/skills in highly complex and regulated environments Advanced knowledge of Collaboration Tools (Teams, SharePoint, Zoom), IP Telephony Systems (UCaaS), VPN, Windows OS, Audio/Video conference room technology Knowledge of networking hardware including switches, routers and firewalls Familiarity with LAN and WLAN management Technical analysis and problem-solving skills Excellent written and oral communication skillsRequirements Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing large scale IT infrastructure projects focused on end user services, e.g., deployments, facility moves, implementing new technology Working in highly regulated environments Developing / enhancing IT and business processes Experience with ITIL processes execution (Incident, Change, Problem, Event/Fault, etc.) in an IT Service Management ecosystemTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
