This project will support the return to office initiative at a large healthcare and insurance company.Responsibilities:

  • Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix and End User Support activities as required
  • Stage, Build and Image systems with standard client image
  • Complete special projects as requested
  • Follow Asset Management policy and procedure
Requirements:
  • Good communication skills
  • Good analytic / troubleshooting skills
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications
  • Good customer support skills
  • Basic knowledge of networks, telecom and computing
  • Minimum 1 year desk side support service experience
