  • Provide install, move, add, change (IMAC), break-fix and end user support activities as required
  • Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups
  • Stage, build and image systems with standard client image
  • Complete special projects as requested
  • Follow asset management policy and procedure
  • Works under general supervision
Skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analytic / troubleshooting skills
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications
  • Strong customer support and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computing
  • Minimum 1 year desk side support service experience
