CAD Drafter

We are seeking a full-time applicant for a drafter. CAD Drafter Needed Durango/ Pagosa Springs/ Bayfield Area.

Requirements:

Proficient user of AutoCAD

Architectural and Structural Experience

Completed High School Diploma

Technical/ Drafting Degree, relevant to the field required

Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)

3-5 years previous office experience

Description:

RA+A is looking for a new team member to perform as the Design Drafter for assigned structural and architectural projects. Candidates should be familiar with residential, commercial, multi-family & mixed use design projects. Candidates must be capable of reading, analyzing, and interpreting drawings. Job responsibilities will include working directly with and under the supervision of Project Manager to produce schematic level plans through detailed construction documents. Candidate must meet project milestones & delivery dates.

Characteristics:

Candidates should have the ability to multi-task & prioritize time in a flexible manner, must be technically-minded, consider details, and understand the impact of design decisions. Strong and confident communication skills also preferred. Candidates will be expected to take initiative, ask good questions, take thorough notes, and think ahead.

Skills:

Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Knowledge of Photoshop, & Microsoft Office Suites preferred. Candidates should have also have knowledge of construction methods.

Location: Durango

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
