Maintenance and Home Watch Supervisor (High Rockies)

We are expanding! We need a self-motivated, hardworking, self-starter! We need your expertise to spear head projects and manage day to day home maintenance projects. We also provide service based needs such as snow removal, trash pickup, yard maintenance in the summer, handyman services for repairs, solutions for moving furniture, pest control , we are 24/7/ 365 so on call availability on a rotating schedule is required, and the list goes on. We have been servicing homes for over 12 years and we have a reputation of quality and completion. If you are motivated, have attention to detail, have basic home/ heating and systems knowledge, basic maintenance, and plumbing skills, we will provide training for the right candidate for all the rest. This is salaried position. Commission also available based on sales of services. Must have reliable auto transportation that can be used for work activity. Good driving record, pass back ground checks, can do some heavy lifting, basic office computer skills, manage schedule for team billing and time sheets to accomplish weekly work orders, and a self-starter type individual that can build client relationships , trust and manage small to larger projects, home maintenance support for our home owners, You are the right candidate! Ability to coordinate maintenance needs with other departments as well.
