Engineering / Maintenance Tech - Solaris Residences

We are looking for a full time, year round Engineering / Maintenance Tech to join our team in Vail, CO. The Tech will be responsible for responding to all maintenance issues in and around the property and generally keeping the property in a like new condition.

Duties Include:

Light Carpentry

Plumbing

Electrical

A/V, IT

Pool Maintenance

Painting & Staining

Mechanical

Appliance Maintenance

Location: The Solaris Residences - Vail, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $18/ hour + DOE

Schedule: Four 10 hour shifts/ week; 12:30pm - 11pm; Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed
