RESTAURANT MANAGER - TRUFFLE PIG

The Truffle Pig, located at the base of Steamboat Ski Area, is currently interviewing candidates for our Restaurant Manager position. This position will begin in Late November 2020. We expect the right candidate to have the following qualifications:

-Exceptional familiarity with computers, especially Excel and Word

-Previous Experience with Micros POS

-Comprehensive knowledge of wine, beer and spirits [Level One+ CMS Cert Preferred]

-Bartending Experience is required [We have 35 Craft Cocktails]

-Expediting Experience Preferred

-Previous Experience in a high volume, fast paced restaurant environment

-Strong leadership qualities with the ability to perform perpetual training/nurturing

-Ability to understand and accept the demands of managing a business in a ski resort, especially during peak volume
