Customer Sales Representative

COPY COPY is a digital print shop. We do almost everything from business cards, posters, forms to graphic design. We are a high volume, fast paced, customer service oriented business.

 Wait on customers in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner. This included taking orders accurately. As well as making appropriate suggestion regarding how a job can best be done – including paper type, binding, design suggestions, computer layout, etc. It also includes watching self-service customers and offering assistance as necessary. Greeting customers promptly upon entering store. Being able to multi-task

 Problem Solving

 Being able to perform task fast and efficiently.

 Operating machines efficiently and accurately.

 Keep production machinery running with minimum amount of waste.

 Completion of overnight orders before leaving when responsible for closing. This means there is a possibility of staying past 6pm.

 Accurate pricing of orders. This also included giving price quotes correctly and recording them in the POS and/or bid book.

 Accurate and efficient operation of POS system (Square register).

 Handling phone calls:

 Answering questions, description of services, calling customers that require follow up.

 Keep store and working area clean and organized. Stock counters with supplies and machines with paper.

 Possible delivery of order, drop off deposit at bank – get change.

 Basic knowledge of PC operating system, to create resumes, flyers, business cards, etc. Ability to answer MAC & PC customer questions (will train if necessary).

Pay Rate & Benefits:

$15/hr with a merit based pay raise after 3 months of employment.

Eligible for Health & Dental Insurance after 3 months of employment.

After 1 year of employment you get vacation time and sick time, and can apply for a 401k plan.

Work Hours:

Evening, weekends, mornings – Flexibility is a must. Looking for Full or Part time

Store Hours:

Mon – Sat : 8:00am – 6:00pm

Sunday: Closed
