Cleaning/Maid Worker (Ordway)

Looking for a cleaning person to help clean up around a cannabis farm. Direct Deposit pay ONLY. Job has the potential to expand into a cultivation position in the long term if desired so long as you demonstrates strong work ethic. Looking for someone who can give us at a very minimum 8 hours a week. Without a MED badge we would have to cap your weekly hours to 16. If you were to obtain a badge we could give you up to 40 hours per week of work that would entail trimming up the plants, cleaning various plant matter/debris and pruning them in addition to your cleaning responsibilities. You will be expected to provide us with a schedule of which days you will be working a month in advance and stick to that schedule without any last minute cancellations. You will be required to clean the trailer, warehouse, greenhouse, and yard including bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Tasks include sweeping, picking up trash, taking the trash out, moping, dusting, putting things away, picking up dog feces, replacing paper towels, toilet paper, and napkins, filling soap dispensers, and doing dishes. Non-English speaking is OK. Call only between the hours of 9am to 6pm.

Our requirements:

- Own a reliable vehicle and have a current valid drivers license.

- Pass a background check.

- Be able and willing to work 8 hours a week at a minimum.

- Be able to lift and carry 20 pounds or more

- Pass a drug test (marijuana is ok)

- Have positive past work/client references (they will all be called)

- Absolutely no drinking or getting high at or before work will be tolerated!

- Be able to show up for and work the agreed upon hours with no excuses

- Work visa OK
