Nurse Lead/RN

• The Clinical Lead works under the supervision of the Unit Director. The Clinical Lead will utilize critical thinking to support decision making in relation to clinical issues. The Clinical Lead will function as a professional role model, serve as a clinical resource and assist with the education and development of nursing staff. The Clinical Lead will assist with the unit performance improvement plan in conjunction with the Unit Director. The Clinical Lead utilizes Regional West Medical Standards of Behavior when communicating with the internal and external customers and actively participates in Service Excellence and Shared Leadership.
