A Typical Workday May Include:

▸ Trimming to remove fat, hide, defects or contamination from muscle and tissues

▸ Supporting roles in the processing of beef

▸ General use of a knife or other tools

▸ Weighing, labeling, bagging, packing and boxing finished product

▸ Ensuring food safety and quality

▸ Cleanliness and housekeeping while maintaining a safe working environment

▸ Exposure to wet and/or humid conditions with slippery surfaces at varied heights; moving mechanical parts; fast paced warm/cool environment; standing the entire shift, the use of stairs, and the use of PPE which is required in all areas of the facility

What You Will Need:

▸ Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

▸ Must be 18 years or older
