As a Travel and Lifestyle Concierge Professional, you will embody:

• Internet resourcefulness
• The ability to research and quickly become an expert in a variety of subjects
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate skill level with MS Word, MS Publisher, or other deskside publishing applications
• Six months or more related to customer service or administrative professional experience
• Ability to type 35 WPM
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Ability to critically think through situations and solution in a unique way
• Ability to deliver on all customer requests with professionalism & solution-oriented excitement
• Interest & knowledge in the travel, dining, and/or entertainment industry
• Must be able to listen and quickly identify client needs and carry out their vision of the perfect travel experience
• You must be passionate about creating the perfect impactful experience of fun, adventure, and meaningful memories for your customer

Training will be 4 weeks ONSITE, and then there will be the opportunity to temporarily Work at Home. Must have Cable Internet (no Satellite) with a HARD WIRED ethernet connection.
