Construction Site Check-In/Access Control and General Labor (Downtown Fort Collins)

A well respected Design-Build company has long stood for excellence in safety and health. These unprecedented times will be no exception. We have developed a new position to help us administer our enhanced safety/health protocols. This position will work with our Superintendents and trade partners to facilitate a safe and efficient jobsite. This individual will be responsible for screening all who enter the jobsite, and monitoring compliance of health standards.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct daily entrance interviews with trade partners, and delivery drivers and visitors.

Coordinate the phasing of entrance interviews with site superintendent and foreman.

Monitor compliance with social distancing and PPE requirements on site.

Daily Clean Up

Disinfecting high touch areas and equipment periodically throughout the day.

Ensure compliance with delivery disinfection protocols.

Coordinate delivery times with subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with, and completion of disinfection checklist with subcontractor at the end of every day.

Clearly and effectively communicate the importance adhering health protocols.

Provide reports on job site health performance to Site Superintendent and Safety Director.

Take and pass OSHA-30 training(Paid for by us)

Qualifications:

MUST SUBMIT RESUME

Only local applicants

Valid driver’s license required

Bi-lingual not a requirement but preferred

Construction experience preferred

Basic computer/tablet literacy

Able to stand and walk for long periods of time

Must be able to pass background check
