Columbine Commons AssistedLiving and Skilled Nursing facilityis located at1475 Main Street,Windsor, Colorado.Our size makes us a very unique and intimate facility; each of our staff members gets to know each of our residents extremely well.

We are accepting applications for full time Cooks able to work:

Full-Time

5 Days per week (weekdays and some weekends), will discuss during interview.

Shifts consist of - 11:30 am to 7:30 pm

OR

5 am - 1:30 pm

3 opportunities for raises your 1st year

Cook

Prepares meals in accordance with the posted menu schedule.

Makes sure that all special diets and dietary concerns are followed.

Assists with proper maintenance of salad bar items as needed,

Washes pots and pans from meal preparation.

Works with the aides, cooks, supervisor, other staff, and residents to provide food service in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Performs special duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

Be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Knowledgeable of dietary techniques and procedures.

Be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
