Description Litigation AttorneyRobert Half has partnered with a Regional Law Firm to staff a Litigation/Trial ready senior attorney for their Denver office.We are looking for a 5 plus years commercial litigation associate with 3 plus years of hands-on case management experience from start through trial, preferably with an emphasis in complex products liability litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience investigating/defending first- and third-party claims, taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and attending court hearings in state and federal courts. Excellent research, writing, and independent thinking skills are essential. Candidates will have the opportunity to handle the day-to-day responsibility for all aspects of the matters on which they work, from pre-litigation analysis and client recommendations through trial and appeal.
