• Responsible for providing support of business-critical applications
• Provide leadership, and administrative support to the software development team
• Experience of at least 2+ full-cycle implementation for a utility (Power/Water/Sewer) with hands on Functional and deployment experience in ESRI GIS.
• Strong knowledge of GIS, ESRI suite of solutions and development experience (web patterns) is required. Prior knowledge of ESRI Capacity planning tool will be an advantage. This would include ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, Widgets (and Custom Widgets), FME and deployment of ArcGIS Enterprise Solutions
• Should have strong knowledge of ESRI Utility Data Models that are aligned to the North American standards.
• Experience of leading development team, working with client teams/SMEs and leading them through the project life cycle.
• Maintains multiple large RDBMS, and implements strategies for the handling, storage, editing, management, and querying of massive tables (Big Data)
• Provides advanced application support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of GIS software and associated deliverables to the users of the GIS data and software within the company.
• The Senior Geospatial Developer will attend training sessions and/or educational seminars or classes to remain current on new tools, technology and other processes pertaining to the necessary software to support information management programs.
• Defines data needs, workflow process and/or system requirements and recommendations.
• Work with department team to manage and execute project workflows and tasks for a variety of enterprise solutions.
• Effectively communicates and collaborates with team programmers and developers throughout product development
