SAP MII Developer

This is a full time position located in Denver, Colorado. The developer must live in Denver and be able to work onsite 1-2 days per week or as needed by the business. The developer may work from home the rest of the time. My client is willing to sponsor a H1B Visa for the right applicant. This is NOT a contract, this is a full time position only.The purpose of the Senior SAP Manufacturing Developer's role is to lead the design, development, testing, implementation and support of business software solutions for our client’s operations. The developer will be responsible for overseeing overall code modification efforts and managing data systems which interface between plant control systems and system applications including but not limited to .Net, JavaScript, Microsoft Power automate, SharePoint Online.Day-to-Day responsibilities:

• Manage or Lead business software development and enhancement for enabling improved business performance.
• Develop Workflows, Forms, automation, user access and application deployment by taking the lead role in implementing Power Automate across the organization.
• Direct internal and external resources in the development and support of software enhancements and modifications per established standards.
• Gather and translate business requirements into applied solutions across multiple manufacturing platforms and technologies.
• Work with process teams to implement integrated business solutions on multi platforms across the enterprise.
• Develop and Design custom applications including mobile apps and technical application solutions.
• Assist in implementing custom applications for specific business requirements that are can be integrated into the SAP/ Microsoft Landscape.
• Assist in planning and developing new application functionality with current application platform.
• Help plan and execute tasks related to the evaluation/upgrade of SharePoint on-prem to Online in continuation with the power Automate based initiatives.
• Analyze operations and processes across our client’s business units and identify and recommend opportunities for improving existing processes and standardizing around existing best practices.
• Coordinate customization related to a Power Automate implementation.
• Work with IT Project Managers and Business Analysts to design and develop solutions to address business needs related to Power Automate.
• Gather requirements, write technical specifications, provide business justifications and execute testing in relation to developing new custom applications.

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of application deployment experience, 4 years of applied experience with .NET Application and/or equal experience in SAP Mii application, 3 years of technical leadership experience and 2 years of Microsoft Power automate experience.
• In depth experience with full lifecycle deployment on at least 2 or 3 large scale application implementations. (Expert)

• Demonstrated incident tracking software and/or process experience (Solid/Expert)
• Strong troubleshooting skills for program issues within application platforms (Solid/Expert)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (Expert)

• Demonstrated leadership skills in application support and internal/external resource supervision (Solid)
• Proven ability to design application modifications in the form of functional and technical specifications (Solid)
• Ability to interface at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally (Solid)
• Solid experience in Net - ASP.NET, SQL, Microsoft AD security administration and/or in HTML, JavaScript, XML, SAP MII, XSLT and/or in Microsoft Suite including Power Automate
• Fundamental skills within all or a series of skills listed C#, Java, HTML5, jQuery, CSS3, SAP UX/UI, Xamarin, Cordova, Ionic, SharePoint Online will be preferred.
