HOURLY RESIDENTIAL WOOD FRAMING CARPENTER AND ASSISTANT MANAGER

We are a residential exterior wood framing company looking for someone who is self-motivated, hardworking and wants to be part of a team. We need an individual to fill our framing position. It is an hourly position of 40 hours a week. This position starts right away. You must have a valid driver's license and provide us with verifiable references.

You must be able to:

Read blue-prints and perform wood framing tasks

Install Exterior wood doors

Understand the safety rules on the job site

Be resourceful and a problem solver

Clean sites and handle materials

Follow instructions and be a team player

You will be trained to do the following:

Perform basic quality control checks such as checking dimensions per the plan, engineering per the plan, plumb and level as well as other QC

Drive an all-terrain fork lift

Understand, recognize and enforce jobsite safety

Ordering materials, adjusting packs and managing the materials

Things that will be required of you:

A dependable vehicle to carry tools and lumber

Own your own framing tools

Own a cell phone

Have good communication skills, customer service and organizational skills

Be presentable and show up every day, ready for work

Your work must be quality and show attention to detail

You must be able to pass a drug screen test
