We are modifying existing assets and solutions, and we are building new ones. We are looking for an experienced product manager to join our team, focusing on product strategy and asset governance. A key function of the role is to collaborate with Human Capital Consulting leaders to drive strategic optimization of existing assets, manage and maintain the both new asset launches and existing asset updates, in addition to thought leadership regarding assets that will drive the success of our practice in the future. The ideal candidate will act as a leader to drive the strategic vision for the team, leading cross-functional initiatives with a focus on efficiency, productivity and strategic alignment to organizational objectives.The AS&I team executes high-profile, cross-functional projects, in close partnership with colleagues in Product Innovation, Product Development, Data Science, Ecosystems & Alliances, Service Delivery and Operations. Current and past projects include the establishment of the Governance Board to govern Deloitte s approach to assets and services.Work you ll doThe ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with outstanding organizational, communications, project leadership, and process design experience. In addition, you will bring experience partnering and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to inspire creative thinking and alignment to business strategy while driving results and measurable outcomes.Basic Qualifications:10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, product development and/or product management. Preferably 5 years of experience with exposure to enterprise software products and businesses and 5 years of experience in data management and governanceAbility to develop, organize, and execute multiple high-priority projectsExperience prioritizing work and interacting across all levels, both internally and externallyExperience preparing project plans, strategic plans, and detailed analysis of the performance of assets and related servicesAbility to perform at both strategic and tactical level to lead team initiativesAdvanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) required.Excellent presentation and communication skills: both written and verbal are required.Travel up to 80% (While 80% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futurePreferred Qualifications:Experience operationalizing assets and facilitating solution developmentExperience defining, designing and building data products and applicationAbility to lead efforts to engage key internal and external stakeholders in process design and implementation of strategic initiativesHistory with developing tools and metrics for measuring the efficacy of assetsConsultancy skills to get the whole team aligned with the technical choices and new directionsDemonstrated business analysis skills and experienceAbout Deloitte Consulting s Human Capital as a ServiceHuman Capital as a Service (HCAS) is focused on developing and delivering a Human Capital Platform of products and research, enabling digital organization and helping clients improve their performance and better adapt to disruption in their business.
