Description Our client is on a quest to find their new Full Charge Bookkeeper. In this Full Charge Bookkeeper position, you will regulate journal entries, month-end close, cash flow, financial statement preparation, audit, full cycle A/P, payroll, and bank reconciliations. The clerical staff will address any concerns to the Full Charge Bookkeeper. Qualified candidates should be self-driven and organized accounting professionals capable of thrives under tight deadlines with minimal supervision in this Bookkeeper role. This permanent employment opportunity is based in the Denver, Colorado area.How you will make an impact
Log budget transfers
Qualified in credit card management and reconciliation
Lead Accounts Receivable
Arrange subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement
Condense business license and gross receipts
Enter Accounts Payable
Create cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.
Extra unique tasks if required
Arrange monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
Supply cash flow projections, as needed
Supervise monthly accounting close
Keep sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments Requirements - Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Deep understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)
Accounts Payable (AP) experience
Journal entries experience desired
Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Top notch analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills
Considerable accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field preferred
Strong organization skills
Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges
