Expected Responsibilities:

Requires travel to multiple sites throughout the Metro area.
Troubleshoot operating system and application issues including Office 365.
Perform BIOS and driver updates and configurations.
Accurate asset tracking for all deployed trackable assets.
Image and replace employee computers.
Install applications using in-house tools (SCCM).
Interface with TS customers; including Agency heads and liaisons with wide ranging technical skill levels.
Install hardware (video cards, memory, printers, etc.).
Install and troubleshoot desktop, tablet, and mobile applications.
Install and troubleshoot computer peripherals such as printers, headsets, monitors, webcams, etc.
Work with other TS groups to find resolution when necessary.

The ideal candidate will:

Have a very strong customer service disposition with solid knowledge of multiple pc and tablet platforms including Dell, HP, Microsoft, and Macintosh.
Have experience deploying and supporting client hardware.
Have knowledge researching pc and printer issues, along with the ability to understand issues and potential solutions.
Have knowledge of peripherals, computer hardware, operating systems, Active Directory, SCCM/MECM, O365 and Cisco AnyConnect VPN.
Have working knowledge to utilize ServiceNow for service management ticketing.
