Job Title: Technology Project Manager

Location: Denver Colorado 80202 - Hybrid work schedule, 2 days/week in office

Duration: 6+ month contract with possibility to extend

Pay: $45-$60/hour

Number of Positions: 2

Other Requirements:

Experience with managing a project from cradle to grave
No C2C, W2 only, must be GC or US Citizen,45 no sponsorship will be provided

JOB OVERVIEW

General Description of the Engagement:

The project manager will work with Technology Services, Agency clients, and serve as the point of contact for any project related issues.
Proactively manage the technical and functional work of our small project portfolio.

Expected Responsibilities:

Project Manager with experience managing multiple, application and infrastructure implementations
Assist with technical architectural facilitation
Project planning and scheduling
Resource Management
Vendor Management
Budget Management
Status reporting
Issues/Risks documentation and tracking
Lessons learned facilitation

The ideal candidate will:

Pass a criminal and financial background check.
Have an excellent, professional attitude, with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Have strong and proven background in utilizing and improving standard project management artifacts, executing standard PMBOK methodology, managing client / stakeholder participation and expectations and multi-agency project resource management.
Current professional project management (PMP) certification is preferred.
Have a strong verifiable background in leading similar systems implementation efforts to a successful conclusion, on-time, on-budget, with full client satisfaction.
Have strong system analysis skills to drive business and technical requirements processes including experience developing Change Requests and vendor management in a municipal or county government environment.
Have experience in managing vendor deliverables to contract specifications.
Can strongly represent the Client's perspective to the vendor's project manager while maintaining a positive working relationship and contract compliance.
Excellent expertise in the ability to drive tasks to completion and resolve issues and risks.
Have experience using Microsoft Office, Project, SharePoint and Team Foundation Server (TFS).
