The Cyber Security Defense (CSD) function within Global Information Security is responsible for all aspects of threat intelligence and monitoring, application and network security, and insider threat. In addition, the CSD team drives out the enterprise-wide cyber exercise program.

The Access Management Operations (AMO) function within CSD is responsible for enabling simplification of our access processes, standardizing solutions and risk reduction across the enterprise, as well as collaborating with internal partners to encourage adoption of the bank's cybersecurity standards by external stakeholders.

Access Management Client Services team is seeking for a Senior Support Analyst who will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support for access management tools, platform and application access and access reviews. The analyst will be able to perform troubleshooting, provide advice and solution to any access related issues. Coordinates the reporting of data security incidents. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Escalation point of contact for requests & reported impact
  • Monitoring and alerting of critical system environments
  • Manage and investigate platform and infrastructure related issues
  • Support and help automate on-going maintenance, release and deployments on all applications
  • Identify areas for improvements (both procedural and technical) and prioritize the task internally
  • Liaise with Development and support teams and drive application issues resolution
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders, application development personnel, and infrastructure contacts
  • Proactive identification and resolution of problem hotspots
  • Accurate tracking of support effort to enable effective management reporting

Required Skills:
  • 5+ years IT experience
  • Access administration knowledge in Windows, Midrange and Mainframe Platforms with emphasis on security and access controls.
  • Day to day task requires the ability to solve production issues under tight SLA deadlines. Root cause and problem resolution follow-up
  • Application and technology support experience
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with automation and simplification of tasks
  • Work with senior management and stakeholders to identify problems, suggest solution and implement improvements
  • Ability to communicate well to other members across the verticals

Desired Skills:
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills including experience in Microsoft Visio
  • Data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Python, Visio, etc
  • Experience or relevant course work with various languages such as Python, PowerShell, JAVA, VBA, Angular, SQL/Toad, etc
  • Self-motivated and a strong team player
