Terms: 6-month CTH (Targeting 65-80k Conversion)

QUAL NOTES:
  • Targeting candidates with 3+ years' experience within a large enterprise environment
  • Candidates must have strong experience with Active Directory, Inventory Management and experience supporting Executive level stakeholders
  • Will provide remote support for IT tickets as well as support for the 30-40 people onsite in HQ office
  • Nice-to-have pieces include MDM Deployment experience, SCCM exposure, Okta
  • G-Suite a strongly preferred requirement
  • Soft skills extremely important, need a self starter who can interface with executive level stakeholders
  • Will be 100% onsite for the first few months, will then work onsite/remote every other week
JOB DESCRIPTION

Notes
  • G-Suite (preferred) or O365 experience
  • Mac and PC troubleshooting experience
  • Windows experience
  • Okta (preferred)
  • Active Directory (nice to have)
  • Any large ITSM (ideally Fresh Service)
  • Executive level support
  • Ideally some experience supporting a migration (they are gong form O365 to G-Suite)
  • Ability to handle 20-30 tickets per day
  • SLA for initial response on tickets is 24 hours
  • Must have EXCELLENT customer services
Day to day:
  • Password resets
  • Troubleshooting G-Suite
  • Supporting issues that arise with the migration to G-Suite
  • Hardware issues
  • Permission issues
  • Phone support
