Job Details

Responsibilities

• Impact the engineering/UX roadmap using customer data (qualitative and quantitative)
• Identify gaps and customer pain points, as well as customer delighters
• Build and execute research plans that provide the broad market views and deep customer insights needed to impact UX decisions
• Pull insights from quantitative and qualitative data, working both with teams and solo, as needed

Ideal background

• 5+ years of hands-on UX research with demonstrated skill in collecting and analyzing human behavioral data to improve plans and UX for technical products and services
• MA/MS in computer science, statistics, human factors, psychology, market research or related field, or a BA/BS in one of these fields with significant industry experience
