• Process flow documentation including diagrams, swim lanes, feedback loops, mind mapping, etc.• Business workflows from start to finish - like a new hire onboarding workflow of who does what when, what is automated, logging, notifications, etc.• Application documentation - this is what this application does with if this then that.• Metadata documentation - what pieces of information do we need to create a user in Active Directory and what each piece is used for.• Transformation documentation - this piece of information from system A is translated into this information in system B.
