Hi,Please let me know if anyone is available for this positionThe Release Train Manager (RTE) is responsible for supporting and coaching multiple self-organizing agile sprint teams within the Emerging Tech organization to ensure value is delivered within domain. The ideal candidate will hold one or more SAFe certifications backed by hands on experience working as a SAFe RTE. They will be a servant leader who can effectively pull together multiple teams within the same agile release train (ART) and steer them to success in delivering software within a complex, cross-functional environment. The RTE will be responsible for helping to resolve and escalate impediments across the entire ART. An experienced and certified scrum master themselves, the RTE will partner with the team-level Scrum Masters to manage risks and drive continual improvement of the delivery process. The RTE will use the software delivery lifecycle tools adopted by Telecommunication to ensure overall planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of value across the different value streams within the Emerging Tech Delivery Group (DG).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Continuous Improvement o Identifies opportunities for continual improvement within the ART and reviews recommendations routinely with the ART for adoption o Measures ART delivery, maturity, and performance and makes output readily available to everyone in the ART o Guides the team through root cause analysis and post-mortems to further identify improvement opportunities available outside the metrics• Planning, Impediment, and Dependency Management o Drive planning, collaboration, coordination, and impediment resolutions across the Delivery Group as well as cross-domain into other Delivery Groups and teams o Creates timelines, milestones, and the cadence of delivery increments/releases within the Delivery Group o Assist Product Managers in the prioritization of features in planning cycles, including quarterly Program Increments (PI) and monthly enterprise releases o Manage change to the Delivery Group's PI plan and the impacts of those changes. o Assist Delivery Teams within the ART on the refinement of prioritized features to meet the Feature Definition of Ready as well as on communication/coordination with stakeholders and end users throughout the o Use Telecommunication standard tools to understand, visualize, and manage upstream/downstream dependencies (Jira Align)• Tools and Ceremonies o Uses standard Telecommunication software development lifecycle tools including Jira Align and Jira to manage all aspects of the ART o Facilitate and coordinate ART ceremonies, including but not limited to Program Increment (PI) Planning, PO Sync, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Retrospectives.• Delivery of Value and Communication o Effectively work with a variety of stakeholders and teams to ensure alignment and delivery of value o Provide regular and open communication across the value streams to all stakeholders for transparency and awareness of progress and risks o Facilitate consistent and reliable flow across the Delivery Group• Economics and Budget o Assist with economic decision-making by maintaining awareness of level of effort (LOE) cost estimates and actuals of the Delivery Group's agile teams o Support the portfolio management team with managing the overall cost, schedule, and performance of the value streams within the ART• Coaching and Subject Matter Expert (SME) o Guide and coach teams, leaders, and other members of the ART on Lean-Agile best practices, foster their understanding of Agile principles, and help develop their agile mindset o Support management as a consultant coach in resolving unique and sometimes difficult challenges within the broader solution train o Participate with management and cross-functional teams as subject matter expert to develop and improve operating policies and procedures related to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and be an advocate in adopting Agile and SAFe best practices and processes.

JOB EXPERIENCE• 7+ years of progressive work experience with agile development, including coaching on agile methodologies• 3+ years demonstrated proficiency in the disciplines, technologies, and processes related to the role• 3+ years of experience managing teams and/or projects of significant complexity• Prior experience as a Release Train Engineer for long-lived value streams and products• Able to balance concurrent activities and manage personal work-in-progress•

Certifications o Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent o SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4) certification or equivalent o Desired Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification or equivalent SAFe Certified Release Train Engineer certification or equivalent ICAgile Professional Certification in Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-AFT) or equivalent
