Infrastructure Devops Engineer TS/SCI Poly Required

Seeking an Infrastructure DevOps Engineer on an Infrastructure Modernization Team who would be responsible for technical design, execution and Implementation of DevOps systems.The ideal candidate will join our team and collaborate with other organizations such as Software and Systems Engineering to implement best DevOps designs. This role will focus on design of server hardware, private cloud environments and modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will also be involved with implementing and supporting the system infrastructure design, including compute server, storage, network, and performance testing.This position will support design test / selloff; requiring some overtime as needed as well as limited ( local) travel as required for system support.Security clearance required: US Citizenship and a Current / Active TS/SCI – CI PolySpecialized skills required for this position:Experience cloud architectures utilizing AWSExperience with automation tools such as Chef (preferred), Puppet, Ansible, SaltStack, Fabric or similar products for O/S buildsExperience in Containerization using tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, RancherFamiliarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)Required Skills:Experience with Modernization efforts from legacy on Prem systems to newer DevOps designs5 + years exp in related fieldExperience with design and test of COTS InfrastructuresExperience design and integration of enterprise virtualization technologies (i.e. VMWare and related toolsets)Hands on Experience with Windows and/or Linux System AdministrationWorking knowledge of networks and storageSecurity + / CISSP within 90 days of startUnderstanding of Change Management processes - Version Control of software and applications using tools such as: ClearCase and ClearQuestThe ability to effectively plan their own work
