Job Description

Responsible for uplifting data as a pillar in the sales organization by performing large scale strategic data analysis and modeling to identify trends and efficiency opportunities while providing tactical and daily analytical data to Sales Leaders and Sales Operations.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• In partnership with senior leadership, leads and contributes to the annual fiscal year transition planning processand execution ofthe definedGo-To-Market strategies.

• Works closely with Business Analysts tosuperviseand validate sales coverage acrossRegionsand territories, ensure pacing toimportant metrics, and identify and deliver reporting needs.

• Develops workflows and maps process for systems, tools, and other interactions at thecenter of sales activity and action.

• Documents and refines existing Standard Operating Procedures.

• Work cross-functionally with customer success, sales, business operations, finance, product, marketing teams, and otherpartnersto share insights and centralize information.

• Coordinatesystems and data administration and recommend tools to improve data quality, analysis, and reporting.

• Supportsales needs and balance them against the needs of the businesswhile beingof service toSalesto help the company achieve its overall sales goals.

• Partner withsalesleadership to strategize, operationalize, and analyze the impact of business initiatives.

• Navigatesproject needs,thinkscritically, offerssolutions to complex problems that reducebarriers to market and sales.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

· Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university

· Minimum five years’ work experience in sales analysis/operations or manager in business intelligence

Bonus points for:

· Work with Tableau, Microsoft Dynamics, and HighSpot,

· Equivalent combination of education and related experience and/or training
