UX Researcher

What You ll Get To Do Create, coordinate and conduct conceptual and evaluative research studies including but not limited to moderated and unmoderated usability tests, card sorting, focus groups, A/B tests, and surveys); remote and in-person Create research deliverables, including but not limited to personas, user journeys, workflows, findings documentation and presentation decks Present qualitative and quantitative research findings to the Product Team and key stakeholders in compelling and creative ways to help drive future development initiatives Workflow modeling and prototyping in close collaboration with the Product team Work within a team of three other User Researchers

What You ll Bring Education & Experience: Minimum of three years of applied UX Research Required experience using qualitative and quantitative research methods to define user flows, advanced customer insights, business strategies, and market analysis Required experience defining clear and concise research objectives with members of the design/product teams and other key stakeholders Required experience creating research deliverables that help answer high-level, strategic questions, generate insights and facilitate decision making Experience evangelizing User Research and bringing passion to research findings Required experience with usability testing methods and best practices, such as usability testing Required experience conducting remote usability testing, preferably using tools such as User Zoom Preferred experience working in the Healthcare Industry Preferred experience with Lean or Agile research methodologies with an enterprise software Preferred experience with data analytics tools, such as Pendo Preferred familiarity with UI design and prototyping tools such as: Sketch and InVision Preferred experience recruiting participants for in-person and remote user research sessions Preferred Four-year College Degree in Human Factors, Psychology, Design, HCI

Communications Highly collaborative Clear, concise and timely communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to remain organized and self-directed in a fast-paced environment Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong storytelling experience is highly desired Must communicate appropriate information accurately, clearly and succinctly Must have the ability to effectively and appropriately interface and communicate with a variety of individuals or groups on a frequent basis
