Sr. Business Analyst

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with Well life cycle and Well data management experience for a 6 month contract.You willl be required to create process maps for business processes; utilizing your oil and gas knowledge.

• Work with business lead and project manager in strategizing project roadmap each quarter during progress review.
• Work with the business in direct relation to well lifecycle:
  • Outline current processes
  • Unravel challenges, ineffective data practices, conflicts between teams
  • Outline future process on applying process improvement
  • Value opportunities for process improvement to help prioritize in project roadmap
• Facilitate and track business process improvement in adopting of new practices, process and solutions
• Ability to diagram process flow that articulate today’s process and desired future state for different audiences
• Strong experience with Well Life Cycle and Well Data Management
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with the O&G industry
