Project Manager with Salesforce Exp

This Project Manager will manage multiple IT projects relating to Salesforce implementation and configuration, within DaVita’s Back Office project portfolio. They will be responsible to delivering medium to high complexity projects in line with DaVita specific project delivery frameworks including Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies.Medium to high complexity projects will usually have:Single customerMultiple delivery teamsMultiple vendorsSingle portfolioModerate project budgetSkills: The main scope of work for the Project Manager is to manage and support the Project Leadership Team (PLT) to a successful delivery of the agreed project scope, within schedule and budget constraints. This includes driving the project and tracking progress via multiple processes including: Creation of and tracking against scheduleManaging creation and tracking of budgetManaging resolution of project risks and issuesCommunicating effectively to IT and business leadershipAppropriate escalation of issues with PLT and leadershipCreation of all applicable project artifactsManaging geographically diverse teams Experience and Qualifications:Successfully managed delivery of numerous enterprise-wide Salesforce IT projects5+ years of project management experienceBachelor’s DegreeProject Management Certification (PMP, SCM, etc)Experience using Microsoft suite of tools including MS ProjectExperience using PPM (Project and Portfolio)
