Position:: IT Ops Manager/Project ManagerLocation:: Denver, CODuration:: 12+ months/ Full time with Altran Major Duties and Responsibilities- Provide post-launch operational support for Wireless products and technologies
- Quickly perform triage by working through a variety of vendor platforms
- Propose and gain approval on a wide variety of technical issues, ranging from quick solutions (to “stop the bleeding”) as well as long-term solutions that address product team pain points with minimum cost
- Influence product strategy through use of compelling technical use cases and business cases
- Drive technical strategy by working directly with solution architects and project managers from a variety of internal and external teams
- Serve as a SME and representative to business needs / processes as well as technical solutions / logic
- Drive business and technology solutions in form of business requirements, process flows, architecture diagrams, etc.
- Track key project milestones and recommend adjustments to Project Managers to complete projects on time and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- 10 or more years of project management experience
- 7 or more years of IT or engineering experience
- Communications industry experience
- Experience in driving Agile development teams / vendors
- History of influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Expert at managing large, complex, diverse, and strategic portfolios of projects or project workstreams
- Proven ability to manage complex programs, schedules, and budgets
- Operations / Support experience
- Technical experience in software engineering and architecture for telecom domain
- Delivery experience in development of highly scalable software platforms
- Demonstrated experience with architecture design
- Cable / Mobile / Wireless experience a plus
- Project management certification a plus
- SAFe and / or other Agile certifications a plus
