Land Surveying - Crew Chief

CMB Surveying Inc., is looking for a land surveying crew chief position primarily for construction layout on commercial construction projects around the Denver Metro and surrounding areas. We are offering a full-time position with full health benefits, work truck, cell phone, and one week paid vacation. We will also offer a small relocation bonus for anyone looking to relocate to the Denver Metro area.

Applicants must be responsible, highly motivated, and a detail-oriented individual interested in joining our Land Surveying company. Applicant must be able to work in a team environment as a key member of a survey crew assisting in the performance of boundary, ALTA, topographic, and mostly construction surveys utilizing the latest equipment and surveying technology.

The position has opportunity for advancement for a motivated individual willing to grow with the changing skills and technology required of a Land Surveyor. This full-time position will require the ability to work under physically challenging conditions in urban, and rural regions in Colorado.

Required Skills & Experience:

Must have a High School Diploma (Minimum).

Must have good Mathematical skills.

Must have good computer skills.

Proficient with the use of Carlson survey equipment would be helpful but will train to use Carlson or Topcon equipment.

Must have good communication skills.

Must be reliable & dependable.

Must be physically able to work outdoors and on construction sites under all weather conditions
