Senior Java Architect / 100% Remote

One of the biggest amusement park and video streaming companies worldwide is looking to hire a Java Architect on a 12-month Contract to Hire Basis. This company has been around for 60 years providing fun and smiles to families and individuals around the world. They are in need of a Java Architect that has 8+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years of architect experience. You will be talking to stake holders and various people about the company, so good communication skills are a must. Good technical, writing skills and experience with flow charts are needed. This role will be 100% remote forever so you can work from wherever you would like. The project you will be working on is an enterprise app that is critical for revenue generation. The app will not be consumer facing but it will be highly transactional and highly secure. This will be a long-term project eventually converting all of this to the cloud.
