Customer Service Representative

Well established local company, located near 6th Avenue & I-25, is seeking an outgoing, energetic Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls to assist customers with placing orders, researching items, or solving any problems that they have.

Communicate with our vendors to resolve customer issues.

Support our sales staff with research, placing orders and calling their customers.

Provide excellent customer service and one call solutions.

Filing

Sorting

Misc. tasks that may come up.

Requirements:

Computer skills are mandatory.

Ability to work alone and on a team.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel a plus but is not required.

Organized

Time management skills

Ability to multi-task
