$500-$1000 day based on Skill. Hiring Mason or Bricklayer

My Chimney & Masonry Business in the Springs is hiring (1) skilled Stone Mason or Bricklayer. Pay will range from $500-$1000 daily based on experience. Being skilled in Chimney and Masonry and building codes, as well as knowing how to build various structures including chimneys/fireplaces will result in the higher end of pay rate. This position is starting immediately, but weather implications may only allow 3-4 days of work some weeks throughout Winter. It will never be for lack of work, and you may work as many days as you wish. This is not a position for an apprentice. This is for someone with serious experience in one of the fields listed and a portfolio of jobs professionally completed. Most properties I work on are >1mil and expect a certain level of professionalism at every job. Tips are frequent and yours to keep.

Requirements for this position are;

-Skilled experience in either Chimney Restoration or Masonry and corresponding codes [Certifications are a plus]

-Reliable transportation to and from job sites or shop

-Their own tools, professionally kept and maintained

-Fluent English due to potential for customer interaction with the scope of work performed

-Someone who is punctual, dependable, and eager to continue learning their trade or an adjacent one will be the most comfortable in this position

-Must NOT be afraid of heights, be able to carry 50+ lbs up a ladder, and have a strong work ethic.

-Must be skilled in working with scaffolding. No scaffolding experience will result in nonconsideration for this position
