- Has an Active CompTIA Security + Certification w/ Continuing Education Enrollment
- Has 2+ years of experience
- Can be on-site Monday-Friday
- Has a high drive to learn and expand knowledge base
- Will perform daily system and system compliance checks
- Will perform daily server operations, management and maintenance
- Has experience performing system patching
- Will perform troubleshooting processes for a variety of tenants
- Will conduct system troubleshooting and general maintenance including backup and restoration tasks
- Is capable of documenting technical problems, resolutions, and processes for assigned tasks and projects
- Has working knowledge of storage and backup solutions
- Desires to be proficient in storage, virtualization and backup solutions
- Is driven to solve issues independently and be a self-starter
- Has a general knowledge of systems and network technologies
- Is passionate about helping the customer solve their day-to-day problems
- Experience in Virtualization Administration desired
- Experience in Government IT systems desired
