Our mission is to make the world safer, healthier, and more efficient through information technology, engineering, and science.Leidos, as the prime contractor for the United States Antarctic Program, is seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst in our Centennial, CO office to support our customer, the National Science Foundation. This position will involve business systems analysis across multiple functional areas, as well as identifying enterprise data integration opportunities forf the United States Antarctic Program. In this role you will be expected to heavily contribute to business integration outcomes and drive customer success.Primary Responsibilities include:- Analyze and evaluate user business problems and develop system recommendations to meet requirements.
- Identify current business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems.
- Work closely with enterprise solution architects and systems engineers throughout the product/service ideation-to-retirement lifecycle to assess process impacts of candidate solutions.
- Coordinate with business and technology teams to ascertain system requirements, such as program functions, workflow definition, output requirements, and input data acquisition.
- Develop technical solutions that will require collaboration with internal experts, deep analyses to understand the impact on the end-product solution.
- Develop solution approaches to technical problems and issues that are unclear which will require deep technical knowledge.
- Communicate regularly with internal and client project team members, and work to influence team members regarding solution design, process and approaches.
- Translate technical concepts into presentations and proposals easily understood by non-technical stakeholders.
- Understand, document, and re-engineer business processes across user, technology, and data dimensions.
- BS and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
- Prior relevant experience includes end-to-end business process reengineering, requirements management, workflow mapping, documentation, and executive-level presentations.
