Automotive Service Advisor

Excellent opportunity for you! Hiring for an automotive service advisor for European automobiles. Experience preferred or will train. Most important aspect is that you are a "people person". Friendly, honest and a good work ethic are desired. Your responsibilities include: meet and greet our customers, open repair order, maintain communication with technician and provide customer with recommended services. Order parts and keep repair order updated. We have a very good soft ware management system to provide estimates, maintain inventory and communicate directly with our customer. We are a consistently busy shop year round with a great reputation. Low volume, with a very high average repair order, a full service shop with 40 years in business providing quality work.

Salary plus commission, paid time off, M-F only, no weekends, training, medical benefits, retirement program. We have wonderful customers who want to properly maintain their vehicles! No hard sell!
