Bolder Colours, Inc. dba Paul Morrison Colours. in Boulder, Colorado is seeking motivated, talented stylists for our busy, commission based salon. We are an education and results focused group of talented colorists and stylists looking to grow our team. We value collaboration and believe that a team-oriented atmosphere is beneficial not only to our staff, but greatly benefits our clients. Many of our stylists are American Board Certified Haircolorists and we practice with the foundational basics at the forefront. Developing exacting skills propels you to greater creativity; you know much better what you can and cannot achieve in satisfying our discerning clientele.

We believe that a satisfying career is just one part of a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle and we offer flexible work schedules, hourly wages to start, paid vacations, sick pay, health insurance and a retirement plan with matching contributions.

We offer high, sliding scale commissions, averaging about 50%. The more you produce in a pay period, the higher the commissions you earn. Service commissions can be “super-charged” when you meet other benchmarks in that pay period. At Colours, our tiered pricing and quarterly reviews provide a structure to advance thru our level system earning higher commissions on the higher service prices at the next level.
