Experienced Snow Plow Technician (Driver)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Snow Plowing Technician is responsible for providing snow removal services on residential driveways along the Boulder area foothills. Ecoscape does not provide plow services to commercial properties or parking lots.

This part time hourly position reports to the Landscape Maintenance Manager, and works closely with other members of the snow plowing crew.

ROLE SPECIFIC:

Plow operation on rural and remote routes in and around the Boulder area

Track and log accurate plow data for each client including time plowed, depth, and any other relevant notes pertaining to each job

Drive responsibly and maintain vehicle safety and operation during shifts

Report any equipment anomalies to supervisor

At times this position may require interaction with clients, and technicians are expected to uphold a high standard of customer service

Regard and adhere to Ecoscape Employee Expectations including a no tolerance policy

At least 2 years of experience preferred

SPECIAL DEMANDS:

Must be available for all storms from dawn to dusk with minimal nighttime hours—may include holidays or weekends

Must be able to perform duties for long periods of time

Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Reliable transportation for travel to and from the office required

May be subject to loud noises from the operation of machinery

Position requires working outdoors in inclement weather around heavy machinery
